Philippines HOLIDAY PAY

Based on current Labor Laws we follow the mandate on days declared under Philippine Regular Holidays, Special Non-Working Days, and local holidays.

10% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL

In the Philippines, working in the night between 10PM to 6AM, comes with additional compensation, and it’s called Night Shift Differential or NSD.

REFERRAL BONUS

A referral bonus is an award given to any MSGI employee upon regularization who helps the company recruit new talents by referring someone for an open job post.

*Log in and log out times are agreed upon by the clients and the employee.

Requirements

GOOD COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Our main market are the Northern Americas and some parts of the UK and Australia, so a good communication skills in both spoken and written English is a MUST.

AT LEAST SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE

While a diploma in college or Bachelor’s degree will give a candidate a leverage, we do not discriminate in educational attainment. We have a standardized screening process that looks beyond educational level. More than that we look at the candidate’s personality, work ethics, and longevity.

ACCURACY OF RESUME/CV
